SAVE THE DATE: May 1, 2025. Join us for an entertaining evening filled with inspiration and enlightenment.

The 2025 Community Champion Awards will celebrate Individual, Nonprofit and Corporate honorees. Guests will enjoy social hour, dinner and program, along with a live auction and a silent auction.

Proceeds from the evening benefit the five Children & Family Programs at Christian City. Christian City was established as a home for children in 1965, by a collective of churches who saw a need in our community. Today, Christian City’s 500-acre campus serves children of all ages who are struggling with poverty, homelessness, neglect or abuse, helps families who are in crisis and provides affordable housing for over 1,000 seniors.

Our 2024 Champions

INDIVIDUAL - First Lady of Georgia Marty Kemp

The first lady has led the charge to end human trafficking in Georgia by spearheading the passage of legislation with overwhelming support from the General Assembly. As a devoted wife, mother, and small business owner, First Lady Kemp uses her platform to improve the lives of vulnerable children by supporting literacy and mental health initiatives as well as foster care and adoption reform. She also prioritizes initiatives such as the Georgia Grown program and pet adoption. Click on the image to watch our video tribute.

NONPROFIT — JUNIOR LEAGUE OF ATLANTA, INC

The Junior League of Atlanta impacts our community through collective service by empowering women bound by a single goal: to improve the health and well-being of women, children, and families in our city. By educating and training members on critical community issues, the Junior League develops volunteer leaders who have been instrumental in the founding of some of the most important non-profit and educational institutions in our city. Founded in 1916, the League’s mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community improvement through volunteer action, collaboration and training.
