Life-lease Patio Homes
Christian City operates the patio homes on campus – four neighborhoods of one- and two-bedroom floor plans offer affordable, neighborly and carefree living for active seniors age 65+. Amenities include a strengthening center, indoor pool, walking paths, a pet park, community garden, planned activities, events, and classes. Frequent travelers enjoy the convenient location of our 500-acre campus, just 15 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. And, with lawn care and home maintenance covered, and 24-hour campus patrol, your life will be more carefree!
How life-lease works
Our life-lease patio homes for active seniors offer neighborhood living on a beautiful campus.
Christian City’s patio homes are leased for life by seniors age 65 and over. The resident pays a one-time amount to lease a home for the remainder of his or her life. Monthly residential fee includes:
- Trash removal
- Recycling
- Termite inspection
- General maintenance
- Lawn service
Utilities are included for select communities.
Four communities of duplex, triplex and quadruplex patio homes offer senior residents comfortable and well-appointed living accommodations. One and 2-bedroom floor plans are available for active seniors.
Each home is fully updated and features stainless steel appliances, granite/quartz countertops in kitchen and bath, upgraded wood flooring, ceiling fans, window treatments, washer/dryer hook-ups, large closets, and maintenance-free landscaped lawns. Many homes include a sunroom or patio, attached garage, or carport.

Our Spiritual Care team offers opportunities for worship, study and fellowship. It includes three full time staff members and a host of volunteer chaplains and church partners who bring God’s loving presence to all residents.
