At Christian City, we believe that every child needs the loving care of adults they can trust and a safe place to live. Since 1965, Christian City Children’s Village has served as a refuge for children in need by providing residential care for children ages 5-17. Our primary goal is to work with families and their children to reunify them whenever possible. While on our campus, children live in cottages with full-time house parents, where they work to heal their wounded spirits and break the cycles of abuse and generational poverty. A warm home, healthy meals, clean clothing, quality education, necessary counseling, and a lot of unconditional loving care support the children who come to The Children’s Village.
Our program for runaway and homeless youth is part of the national Safe Place network. Through this program, kids are rescued from vulnerability of human trafficking that affects 1 in 3 runaways within their first 48 hours on the street.
Through the Golf Fore Kids Classic, it is our goal to raise $70,000 to help us continue to provide life-changing hope for children in need. We are confident that, with your help, we can accomplish this goal. To learn more about how your support helps, click here.
