Over her 30+ year career, Martha has partnered with local, national, and international non-profit agencies and provided leadership to plan and execute targeted development and communication strategies.

She is a trusted advisor to organizations as she helps identify and implement strategies to development initiatives. She’s known for empowering organizations to work across organizational teams, ensuring a collaborative approach that delivers results, and growing donor engagement and retention. As a Major Gift Officer, she can also identify and cultivate new and existing individual donors, corporate partnership opportunities and foundation initiatives.
