Upon graduation from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, in 1988, Randy became a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God. He served as a youth minister in Lafayette, Louisiana, where he met his wife, Julie. They have been married for 27 years and are blessed with two beautiful daughters.
Randy was ordained in 1993 and also received his Master’s degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He also completed five units of Clinical Pastoral Education and held a chaplaincy residency at Baptist Hospital in Pensacola, Florida.
Randy has served in ministries in Louisiana, Florida, and Georgia. His longest tenure was at Brownsville Assembly of God in Pensacola as Minister of Pastoral Care. His ministry has also included serving as a chaplain for a hospice care organization, VA, and in a long term facility. Randy has been a chaplain at Christian City since February 2014.
